Meet Our Coaches

Rachel Raley - Coach/Owner

Former Texas A&M soccer player (4 years) 2007-2010.  Won 2 Big XII Championships in 2007 and 2010 with 4 NCAA tournament appearances making it to the Elite Eight in 2008 and the Sweet Sixteen in 2009.  Graduated with a degree in Finance from Texas A&M in 2011 but her passion has been and always will be centered around soccer.  Has U-17, U-20 and U-23 USA Women's National team experience.  4 years experience coaching U11-U13 competitive soccer teams as well as 10 years experience coaching 2-6 year olds.  Soccer and coaching are her passion and she aims to share the game she loves with as many people as she can.  Hopes to help build and grow a soccer culture in the BCS area

We have a great coaching staff comprised of current/former A&M soccer players, club soccer players, A&M students and young adults who share a passion for soccer and teaching little ones.

Alizabeth Hazel

Alizabeth is a Junior at Texas A&M University studying Psychology to become a licensed professional counselor/play therapist. She is from Nacogdoches, TX and has always loved working with kids. She played multiple sports growing up and served in the children's ministry at her home church in Nacogdoches. She's worked at Pine Cove Christin camp for 3 summers and during that time had the opportunity to hang out with 0-4 year olds for long periods of the day! Alizabeth is also involved with BSF and Sigma Phi Lambda. Outside of school, she loves spending time outdoors and with family and friends. She's so excited to meet and teach her littles this season!

Kemper McEacharn

Kemper is currently a senior at Texas A&M and is studying Chemical Engineering. She grew up in Kingwood, TX. Kemper is involved with Phillies, Impact and loves serving in her local church here in College Station. In her free time she loves traveling, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends. She is so excited to join our team and be a part of the Hot Shots program this season!

Autumn Forbes

Autumn is a Junior at Texas A&M University studying Child Professional Services in hopes of pursuing a career as a speech pathologist. She grew up in Austin, TX playing soccer for Lonestar Soccer Club and later became a captain of her high school team. Autumn has a passion for anything that has to do with children and works with them in a variety of settings. During the school year, she is a leader for Young Life Capernaum and serves in the early childhood center at Grace Southwood. In the summer, she teaches swim lessons and serves as a camp counselor at Sky Ranch. This will be her 4th season with Hot Shots and she is excited to continue getting to combine her love of soccer with her love for children! 

Danielle Khoury

Danielle is a Junior at Texas A&M University studying Biomedical Engineering. She is originally from Waco, TX and formerly played soccer at the collegiate level. Danielle has coached for a number of years in different facilities such as D1 Sports Training and local soccer complexes. She's also worked as a coach for Baylor soccer camps. She has always had a passion for developing kids in athletics and hopes to bring good values and virtues off the sidelines and onto the field. Aside from studying, Danielle loves spending time outdoors, running, spending time with friends and family. It's her joy to spend time with your kids while sharing her favorite sport!

Lauren Montgomery

Lauren is a Junior communications major at Texas A&M University. She is from Austin, TX and has played soccer both for her club team and school for the past 14 years. She has even won a National Championship with her club team! She still plays today with her Intramural team at A&M. Lauren has served in the children's ministry at her church and helped coach a variety of kids soccer camps. She is so excited to be able to serve her kids and share her soccer knowledge this season!

Jenna Talash

Jenna is a Junior Education major at Texas A&M University. She is from Cypress, TX and has always had a passion for working with kids. She has many years of experience working as a counselor at Pine Cove & Sky Ranch. She has also worked at a daycare and after-school program where she spent every day with kindergartners. She currently serves in the children's ministry at her church, Restoration Church Bryan. Jenna comes from a soccer-loving family where she grew up playing herself. She can't wait to spend time working with encouraging her kids on the soccer field!

Riley Ross

Riley is a Junior at Texas A&M studying Communications. She is passionate about the community here at A&M and is involved with Kappa Alpha Theta. She loves working with people and exploring her creativity. Riley grew up in Coppell, TX and played soccer for half of her life in North Texas for both Solar and D'Feeters club teams. She enjoys being active whether that's playing soccer, volleyball or just being outdoors! She has worked at Sky Ranch Summer Camp as a counselor for the past 2 summers. Riley loves being around kids and helping them in anyway she can. She also enjoys coffee, movies and anything active! She is so excited to coach again this semester!

Vanessa Zemke

Vanessa is from Northern Virginia where she grew up playing soccer and loving every minute of the game. She went to the University of Delaware where she received her BS in Marine Science with a concentration in Marine Biology. She is currently an Aggie (whoop!) studying Marine and Environment Policy at the Bush School. She is also involved with Texas A&M's intramural soccer team and enjoys playing as much soccer as she can in her free time! She has her grassroots license from US Soccer for 4v4 and 7v7. She is super excited to be coaching your kiddos this year and for the opportunity to share her love for the game!

Alex Keller

Alex is a Junior at Texas A&M majoring in Economics, working towards his career goal of consulting. He was born in Switzerland and moved to the Woodlands, TX to start school. He has played soccer since the age of 3, competing on NPSL teams starting at the age of 15. He currently still plays for the TAMU Men's Club Soccer team where he serves as the Match Coordinating Officer. Alex has coached since 2015 with the Houston Dutch Lions, as well as the Aggie Soccer camps here in town! In his free time, Alex loves to watch the Premier League , attend A&M sporting events and listen to all kids of music. He is extremely excited to meet his new players and looking forward to a great season!

Mina McCure

Mina is a Senior Biology major at Texas A&M University graduating in May! She plans on going to graduate school to become a Physicians Assistant. Mina grew up in Colleyville, TX and in high school competed on the Varsity volleyball team for 3 years and Varsity lacrosse team for 1 year. She loves sports and got into intermural soccer with her sorority. Mina had the privilege to work as a kids counselor at Pine Cove Christian Family camp for the past two summers. She worked with newborns - 4 year olds kids everyday for 8-12 hours. She currently volunteers in the kids program at Grace Bible Church in College Station where she helps mentor 3rd graders during Sunday school. We are thrilled to have Mina working with our youngest kiddos this season!

Kenley Harden

Kenley is a junior at Texas A&M University studying Psychology and this will be her 4th season coaching at Hot Shots! She grew up in Cypress, TX playing soccer for about 7 years. She played for her local soccer league, Dynamos Soccer Club, and played throughout her high school years at Cypress Ranch High School. She has experience and a passion for working with kids! Kenley has worked with kids in many settings such as VBS at local churches, serving at her summer camp, T Bar M, volunteering at her hometown YMCA, and many nannying jobs. Besides having fun with kids and being a student, Kenley enjoys photography, painting, going to concerts, and spending time with her friends and family! She love the Hot Shots Organization and is so excited to get to coach your kiddos!

Ashton Tomasino

Ashton is a Sophomore Allied Health major from Texas A&M University. She is from Round Rock, TX and has played soccer for 13 years. She grew up serving in the children's ministry at her church, and has always had a heart for serving children. She also has experience working at summer camp as well. She grew up playing for Lone Star Soccer Club and her high school team. She even made it to nationals when she was 15 years old! She now continues to play with her intramural team today. Ashton is super excited to get to know your kiddos all while playing the beautiful game of soccer!

Maddie Ferris

Maddie is a sophomore Biomedical Science major at Texas A&M. She is from Boerne, TX and grew up playing club soccer and has a love for sports in general. She is passionate about anything involving playing with children and has experience coaching soccer & basketball for young kids. She loves being outside and spending time with friends and family! She served as a camp counselor at T bar M this past summer and loves the opportunity to form relationships with people. She can't wait to coach Hot Shots for this first time and have the opportunity to love on her kiddos!

Stephanie Daniels

Stephanie is a Freshman at Texas A&M studying International Studies and Arabic. She is hoping to one day work in counter terrorism overseas. Stephanie has been playing club soccer for 15 years and was committed to play at Vassar College in New York before deciding to come to Texas A&M. While this is her first season with Hot Shots, she has coached soccer before at various soccer camps in Austin. She loves meeting new people and is super excited to share her love for soccer with other kids!

Annie Notzon

Annie is a Sophomore at Texas A&M University studying at the Mays Business School. She is originally from San Antonio, TX and has always had a passion for working with kids. Annie played multiple sports growing up and loves coaching and teaching! She serves in the children's ministry at her church and worked as a summer counselor at Camp T Bar M for several years. Annie is a member of the Chi Omega sorority, serves on the Big Event Committee and is a Texas A&M Foundation Maroon Coat. Outside of school and her activities, Annie loves spending time outdoors and with friends and family. She is so excited to meet and teach your kids this season!!

Ali Hildreth

Ali is a Sophomore at Texas A&M University studying Marketing at Mays Business School. She grew up in Houston, Texas and played soccer her entire life. She worked as a camp counselor at Camp Longhorn for several years and loves working with kids. Ali is the First Year Experience Director for the Delta Delta Delta sorority and is apart of the MSC Abbott Family Leadership Conference. She has a passion for traveling and loves spending time with her friends and family.  She can’t wait for this upcoming season and is so excited to meet everyone!

Kyra Martinez

Kyra is a Junior at Texas A&M University studying Child Professional Services. She is originally from Austin, TX and has always had a heart for working with kids. Playing sports was always a big part of her life growing up and she is so thankful for this opportunity to continue her love of teaching. Her Junior and Senior year of high school she had the privilege of teaching swimming lessons to 3-15 year olds Waterloo Swimming in Austin. She has always had a passion for teaching and has always spent time around the soccer field growing up. Kyra loves spending time outdoors, enjoying time with her family and friends, and doing anything that involves being around people and pretty places. She has always had a passion for running and has recently registered for her first half marathon in the spring. She will love to spend time with your kids while teaching them the love of the game!!

Jenna Byers

Graduate of the Aggie Soccer team! She majored in International Studies with minors in both Spanish and Business. She is now getting her Masters in Public Administration with a concentration on Nonprofit Management. Jenna is from Tulsa, OK where she was a 4 year captain of her club team, TSC Hurricane 98 ECNL Club. She also played soccer AND field hockey for her high school, Holland Hall. She currently volunteers with Big Brother Big Sister of Brazos Valley. She loves soccer, school, her friends, family and God. Jenna has been with us for several years now and we are so happy to have her back again!

Reagan Hastings

Reagan is a Junior Communication major at Texas A&M University from San Antonio, TX. She has many years of experience working and playing with kids. She works with and teaches kids at her church home in San Antonio and spends her summers being a counselor at Sky Ranch, a Christian summer camp. Reagan played golf in high school and loves to play soccer recreationally with her friends. She appreciates the value of sportsmanship and fun when it comes to sports 

Sarah Arabie

Sarah is a sophomore Allied Health major at Texas A&M, originally from Austin, Texas. She played soccer and cross country all throughout her elementary and high school years, where she served as team captain for her last two seasons. She worked with children as a lifeguard and a nanny in her high school summers, and cannot wait to meet your kids! She is currently involved with the Tri Delta sorority here at A&M, and serves on committee for The Big Event. Sarah plans to attend nursing school after finishing her prerequisites in her major, and dreams to be a labor and delivery nurse one day. She is so excited to meet your kids and spend time with them in their next season!

Macy Burch

Macy is a freshman Kinesiology major at Texas A&M hoping to pursue a career in physical therapy. She is from Austin, TX and played soccer for 14 years prior to attending A&M both competitively and for school. She played for Lonestar Soccer Club out of Austin and helped captain her team to win a National Championship in the President's Cup. Macy is so excited to get back on the field to continue to share her love of the game and be able to coach your kiddos this season for Hot Shots! We are so thankful to have Macy back this Spring!

Devin Lurie

Devin is a graduate student studying international affairs at the Bush School of Government and Public Service. Originally from Southern California, Devin has played soccer for over 21 years. He currently plays outdoor intramural soccer at Texas A&M with Coaches Jenna and Vanessa. Back in California, Devin coached soccer for 2 years and gymnastics for 7 years. His favorite teams are Southampton FC and the US National Teams! Devin is excited to be coaching again and getting started with Hot Shots!

Delanie Powell

Senior Civil Engineering major with a minor in Business. Delanie has big plans to own her own consulting firm one day! She is originally from Dallas, TX where she's been playing soccer since she was 10 years old. She played both for her high school team and at the competitive level. She loves interacting with people, especially kids, and has enjoyed her time working at a day care for the past few summers. Delanie is a welcomed addition to our Hot Shots coaching team this season bringing her love of soccer and kids out to the field!

Tessa Herrmann

Tessa is a Junior Allied Health major at Texas A&M University working towards becoming an occupational therapist. She's from San Antonio and loves all things outdoors from hiking to sports to paddle boarding! She has many years of experience working with and hanging out with kids as she has coached swimming for 4 years and currently works in the nursery for her church, Restoration Church Bryan. During the summers she has the pleasure of working at Sky Ranch, a Christian summer camp in Colorado. She cannot wait to have some fun and foster an encouraging and uplifting environment with her Hot Shots!

Sarah Turner

Sarah is a Junior Allied Health major at Texas A&M pursuing a career as a Physicians Assistant. Sarah is from San Antonio but grew up playing soccer in Maryland when she was younger and then moved to Texas in the 5th grade where she continued playing for Classics Elite Soccer Academy. While playing for Classic Elite in San Antonio, Sarah was a part of their '99 ECNL travel team. Sarah has played competitively for 15 years. This is her first season with Hot Shots and she is so excited to get started and share her knowledge of the game!
