After determining your age group and taking a look at our class schedule offered this Spring, you will fill out the registration form indicating your top 3 class time preferences in your respective age group for each participant you are signing up. You will be placed in a class that meets once a week for 8 weeks at the same day and time. We will do our best to get you in one of your top 2 class preferences but it is important to list 3 class preferences if at all possible in case a class is full, changed or removed from the schedule. You will be able to sign up all siblings on one form and note any friend requests. If you are making friend requests, it is important to list the names in the note section as well as listing the same class preferences. Your form will be reviewed upon submission and class assignments will be sent out 1-2 weeks before class starts. Immediately after your submission is sent, you will receive 2 emails: a copy of your form + a Welcome email. If you do not see it, please check your spam/junk/promotions folders. Sometimes our automated emails will get lost in there!

After filling out the form, you will be directed to the online payment page. If you plan to pay online, we recommend you have your credit card ready as you will not be able to go back later to complete payment. If you prefer to pay with cash or check, simply close your browser after you are redirected to the online payment page. You can pay by cash/check on your first day of class. Checks are made payable to 'Hot Shots Soccer'. Payment must be received before participation in class.
